Can't cancel subscription

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get in touch to cancel my subscription for the last week, and I assumed that it would get cancelled because of what I saw on the accounts page, but I seem to have gotten billed again today. Could you please cancel my subscription and take my credit card off file?
